Multi Industry New Unload

I have 3 Multi industry new tracks setup to consume 3 different items, one is for lumber and the other 2 are a 20ft and 40ft container. but everytime i go to set up the MIN when i start the scenario it says in the waybill that the lumber and containers are need at the tracks right away. im not sure how to make it so that it takes 30 min to consume the items.

Unless you set a initial amount (higher than 0) in the Processes tab, it is likely to want the product/commodity straight away.
