Moving serial number to this account

So I have my serial number registered under my old account. I started this account as the name for that old one was quite dumb. I did it when I was 10 and I'm 13 now. So would I be able to have that serial number transferred to this account? I have all the account info for that old account so I am able to prove I am really the sole owner of that serial.

Is the problem that you can't register the serial number on your new account?

Remember, once a serial number from a different account is resisted, other accounts that try to register the same serial number will be "frozen". Contact the Helpdesk James about changing your old username or moving accounts.

Just log in to your old account and generate the ticket from there so they know it's really you. Simple request that you want to change your username to what you have now.....make sure it's what you want and not something you will think is dumb when you reach 16.....they will only allow a change once....

Oh, that is one more thing, ask them to delete the new account you started. Auran does not need more then one of the same person.

I don't know if they delete your new account if you keep your posts. I don't know you will have to wait and see on that. If you don't get to keep them then you can just re-post them.

Ah, so I am not the only one with that problem. I could not connect yesterday either. Also the forums seem very slow today.

I tried logging in this morning, and the page was loading for about 5 minutes then Safari said that the server could not be reached, and I've been trying to get on all day, but to no avail until 7:30 pm. Last I was on was about 12:00 last night.
