Moved where?

I posted a thread asking for instructions to reinstall TANE. Not only was it not answered, but it was moved, with no clue to where it was moved. THANKS EVER SO MUCH.

It would have been moved because it was posted in the wrong forum - threads relating directly to TANE should be in the TANE forum. When a post (or more accurately, a thread) is moved there is normally a "ghost thread" left in the original forum linking to the new location. There has been, on the odd occasion, instances when this has not happened - a technical glitch not a deliberate snub on the part of the moderator.

Your "ghost thread" does appear in this forum.

I moved your TANE support topic to the TANE support forum.
I left a shadow topic in place (for 7 days); clicking on it will simply take you to your topic.
You can also find (most though usually) all your (recent) topics via a link on your profile page.

If you don’t have access to the TANE support forum, send a ticket to the helpdesk to get that fixed as you should have access. See link at the top of this page.

As Grey apparently does not have access to the TANE support forum and trouble submitting a ticket, I have send Grey a PM with both a step-by-step description of how to submit a ticket and a copy of the reply to the support topic about the TANE download.
