is it possible to download this when there is a 100MB daily limit and this is 106.12MB?

I seem to remember in the past trying to download this off the DLS and had all sorts of problems years ago.
Recently I purchased 2012 and was very impressed with how well the DLS is running now compared to the 2004 and 2006 DLS.
Still it says 100MB limit and when I go over it seems to stop until the next day when I get another 100MB limit.
The problem here is its well over 100MB and I get no you have exceeded the 100MB limit for today.
It registers as 0MB downloaded today and stops downloading so I restarted it and it started over for another 4 or 5 hours and should be near completion I just wonder if it will continue or stop like before >>> is it even possible to download one large file starting at 0MB for the day but the file is over 106MB. Can it complete this download or is it a hopless file to ever download and mission impossible?

Has anyone successfully downloaded this?

I would suggest you think about spending the money on a First Class Ticket.

The one I would go with (I've bought this one myself) is the Trainz First Class Ticket - 1 Year Subscription

The 2 big advantages to getting a "FCT" are...
1) The 100 MB limit per day is removed, you have unlimited downloads per day.
2) The download speed is increased, as long as you are not on dial up.

Yes. I can confirm that this is possible. This is how I did it the first 2 months after buying TS12.
The download will stop after the files that took you over the 100mb. So you could even do some tricky downloading, like for example download till 98mb and then start a 25mb item and end up with downloading 123mb that day.

Note: Some people complain that this aint possible and complain about having problems with files over 10mb without having a FCT. So it is possible, but maybe not for everyone. Since I aint special, I assume others have some unknown technical issue.

Unless your non-FCT download speeds are a hell of a lot faster and your "timed out" problems a lot fewer than mine, I would not even attemp this without a FCT.

seems to be the best way to download this and very fast as well > I downloaded this awhile ago and I have trainz 2004 and trainz 2006 but on this computer I only have trainz 2012 at the moment and it seems to run this route > some assets are faulty and I have only run on parts of the route not over everything.

I was able to get most of the assets from DLS or the CM which seems to be part of Trainz 2012 and works great as such an improvement over the 2004 and 2006 way of getting assets. Using FTP and the cart with dependencies and googling the rest I found most all of it with only a few faulty assets > some are bridges which show as track without a bridge and still work although it would be nice to see the bridge. I thought of just overlaying a bridge which shows up over the faulty ones so to appear with a bridge > maybe just some pack with some bridge parts to look as though it were there.

I have not tried to use any of the sessions and this is for 2004. Its nice to see it in 2012 and fun to run a few trains on.

When attempting to use the DLS after a few hours and almost downloaded it would hang up and not continue and I left it this way for hours to test it and also to stop and start again. I tried numerous times to see if the DLS could download it > without the FCT. The above direct link seems both the fastest and most certain way to download it and it does appear and run in 2012.

It's from trains pro routes, so if u download it, you are downloading the file staright to your computer and not Trainz, so it shouldn't affect the limit. One of the nice things about ts mac is that there doesn't seem to be a limit...

I have heard people say they have downloaded a large route over a period of days so, yes, it is possible although I wouldn,t want to personally. If you want Montana Rail Link Multiplayer version you will need to download it from the DLS and the Route and session are by Jib.
