No you dont get paid and this is my first attempt at route buliding

Then I think you might be approaching this backwards. Perhaps if you start a thread or blog about your route and include plenty of samples of what you've done so far, you might find some people that are interested in helping out a bit with some of the rolling stock.

Good Lord!! I need references and there's no pay? William, this is not aimed just at you. At least you said Hello. I think it's about time that we had some kind of "Here's how things work around here", for folks new to the forums. Just to let them know things like, be polite, don't start asking for things, ease your way into forums, see how the other guys go about it. I said it just yesterday, the guys here are very nice and love to help out. If you come in here thinking the best creators are bored to death and just can't wait to get on your team, well, I think you may be wrong. Take it easy, maybe ask politely for one item at a time. You'll get the hang of it!

I removed your email address from the forums post. It's best to have people send you a PM (personal message) and you respond to that. The reason for this is that there are BOTS, a type of script, that will search public forums for email addresses and other personally identifiable information. These BOTS gather the information for spam creators and for ID thieves that will then sell your information to those that want it. Once they can get a hold of some bit of information, such as your email address, they can then do some sleuthing and obtain other information related to you.

So having said this, I don't think it's a good idea to post your email address directly in the forums. I'm sure you don't want to be receiving more Viagra and Cialis spam messages than you already have, or worse have your personal information spread about the net.

When I was a Chat Room Moderator for a Video Games Chat Room in 2006 and people will spam/flood the chat room with their email asking 'any girls here, add me on msn' I'll give them warnings about posting/flooding the room with emails before banning them, then for the fun of it I'll sign them up for PlayStation 2 email updates on releases and Xbox email updates on releases.

When I was a Chat Room Moderator for a Video Games Chat Room in 2006 and people will spam/flood the chat room with their email asking 'any girls here, add me on msn' I'll give them warnings about posting/flooding the room with emails before banning them, then for the fun of it I'll sign them up for PlayStation 2 email updates on releases and Xbox email updates on releases.
