Missing Trains

After a power outage, our scenery, tutorials and trains went missing from our game. We updated the build number, and that returned the scenery, but the tutorials and trains are still missing. We did an extended database repair in the content manager, but it returned several errors of missing and incorrect files. Anyone know how to fix?

Are they built in trains or trains you have downloaded? As reinstalling will help return built-in trains. If they are downloaded then simply redownload them, if it shows that they are local in the download list then find them in content manager, delete them, then redownload them.

I'm assuming tutorials are built-in, so again a reinstall would do this. Glad to see the scenery is fine though.

They are all built in. We have not downloaded any content.

Reinstall them from the disk? We have deleted and reinstalled from the disk several times. When we run the database repair, we are getting several errors.

If you have no downloaded content, then a reinstall should be of no concern. The only thing that should be time consuming is if you want to re-patch the game.

At which point when entering the game do you notice things missing?
For instance if you run 'Bad Schandau - Decin', Early Morning Service, are there locos visible?
Or on entering is the Tutorial box showing with no sessions visible?

Always good to run a registry cleaner between UN and RE installation. I recommend CCleaner (free download).

try to re-install or you have to download again..
