missing kuids

Hi I have just tried ti download tmz06003's br class 31 railfright red stripe and found this when I tried to download. Kuid 283805:31997, couldnt obtain a download URL. Item could not be found on download station. Does anybody know were I can find this missing kuid. Also why do people keep putting items on download station with missing kuids, I think people should make sure the item is all there before putting it on download station, in the last month there has been at least five items with missing kuids on download station. I am very greatful to these people who put items on download station, they do a good job, but I would like to download an item without trying to find missing kuids all the time. Thank you.

Missing kuid isn't missing as it's on the DLS.
kuid:283805:31997 is the class31 html refurbished and is on the DLS and installed here, yesterday and it's build 3.2. Try the black pages if your 2010 isn't picking it up, looks like the problem is with 2010 as it's fine in TS12.

Hint, Perhaps you should contact the creator first before publicly accusing them, in this case all items are on the DLS.

CM & CMP don't fine all the kuid numbers when you download something so they then show up as missing.
To fine the missing kuid(s) you need to drag the asset you downloaded into download helper and let it work for you.
Now Unknowed kuid(s) numbers may be a typeo in the config file. Google the kuid number see what comes up.
Fine out the who arthur is and do a search for their assets see if one may belong in the config file maybe a number in the wrong place.
I found one the other day that was a horn sound the arthur put in a 1 should have been a 5. There was no kuid number that had the 1 at the end of all his assets.
change the 1 to a 5 the loco worked fine.
