The kuid you mention I think is the enginespec for the bnsf sd40 2b.
Try here...

and download the sd40 dependancies pack. I'm pretty sure its in there.

The number is wrong...enginespec should be 4402 and not 6402.

You can't find it because it's a typo in the config file, it should be 101839:52025 It's "Title" on the DLS is 9f_regulator3
