Location to get it? I don't find it anywhere.

My suggestion is to edit the config.txt of the effected loco and change the 'hornsound' to a different one. Look at the config.txt of a loco you believe matches the sound and use that kuid. Clone loco asset before edit if needed.

You could use this one as a replacement

SethLogo, I don't see it anywhere, but if the author username is listed with the unknown KUID, sometime you can Google "Trainz (username)" and find that person's site. Then if they list the KUIDs with their creations, it may be easy to find, otherwise it may take some exploring or contacting the site owner.
