Missing Kuid

I have tracked down this kuid, and i found out it comes from Jointed Rail. The one problem is it comes in payware and not freeware. The kuid is a dependency for a locomotive i downloaded from another site and i cant find the horn by itself. Is there any way i could get this horn?

I don't think you can get it unless you buy a loco that uses it from jointed rail.
Your other option is edit the loco in explorer and change the horn to one you have installed.

Isn't the question,What site he downloaded from?
I believe if the horn is from a payware engine then??????
