Looking at nobrakerailcar,<kuid2:69871:129:1> on the DLS, if the KUID2 replacement system works the way it's supposed to (which is rare) downloading that should satisfy whatever is calling for it.

You were correct. I didn't have 2004 checked in the search on the DLS search parameters, so it didn't show up at first under nobrakerailcar . When I checked, 2004, up it came with the new Kuid number you posted. I emailed Philskene last night and he told me to set search to 2004.
