Missing Deps that don't Show

I thought I'd clean up and back all my TRS2019 files. I made sure I have no outstanding out of date files. However when I checked my faulty content I found the following list.

While all these show as having missing content and faulty. They don't seem to show what dependencies are they are missing (if any). Is this a bug? Is there a fix?

If you are referring to a data base repair, I've done that several times already with no results.

EDBR is Extended Database Repair hold down ctrl while clicking Rebuild Database.
