Missing dependencies when I'm really not?

Hi, all.

I downloaded the "LU Lines" pack, [FONT=Verdana, Arial]KUID 190624:280000:1 (and similiar ID's) by Adrian19. I downloaded them along with a lot of other stuff into CMP yesterday, and when I double checked the "Missing Dependencies" tab to see if anything was missing, these "LU Lines" pack items showed up. Nothing else was missing out of the 100+ items I downloaded.

I went to check what dependencies were missing. Then the weird thing happened. In the "View Dependencies" window, there were NO missing dependencies or any dependencies with a ? mark icon. There is just a single dependency in the list and it says "LU Lines", and that asset doesn't show up in the missing dependencies tabbed list. Just the various "LU station" assets show up in that tab.

Now I'm not sure what's going on here. Since the dependency (LU Lines) is downloaded and installed on my computer, and there's no ? or red marks anywhere in those LU assets in the missing dependencies tab, why are they in the tab? They should be fine, yet CMP says they're missing dependencies?

By the way, I'm using CMP 2.0 and Trainz 2009.

Puzzling....

Can you try dragging one of the station assets into the download helper window and see if you get any clue from what CM2 says when its "Searching"?

(I'm wonderig if the problem could be due to a dependancy that CM2 can't "resolve").

I get the same thing - CM2 constantly tells me I am missing something I actually have. Deleting the item and re-downloading fixes it, but it's a pain...

The best test is to see if the asset with the alleged missing dependencies still appears and works in Surveyor.

Sometimes the problem is a legacy of the asset creation process - the missing asset is listed in the config.txt (or other internal file) of the asset but is not actually required.
