missing content please help

I have just installed TRS2010 on my new pc, I saved the rolling stock & locos i downloaded by copying the local folder & the tdx file. when i put the local folder & tdx file in to the new install it can t see them or my saved sessions. i have ticked the box that allows older content but even that does not work. can anyone help please thx

Wrong method for 2010, local folder has moved for a start and the format of it's contents are slightly different so you can't just copy the Local folder from older versions, plus copying the tdx file won't do anything in 2010 apart from probably break something.
You need to use the import function in CM3 and select your saved local folder, you may have to commit some of the stuff after importing. It is advisable to run an extended database repair so everything is in the right place and recognised before running Trainz.

Dragging and dropping the local folder onto the main Window in CM also works, probably better to do it the correct way though.
