Missing confg data (for Paul Hobbs if Possible)

This is mainly for Paul Hobbs if he sees it, but if anyone can help Id be grateful. Im using Paul's BR conflat A to unload logs at a depot. It unloads without problem but in the message window I get the following information pop up:

=#= PH_FX features disabled on BR conflat A Diag 1/061 due to missing config data

What is missing and how can it be corrected?
I should add that I can see the logs being loaded/unloaded onto the conflats so Im not sure what it is refering to.

News to me that you can load logs onto the conflats (why would you want to?). First of all stop panicking. This is just a message from the script telling you you won't get clouds of coal dust when loading the vehicle.

Meant to add. The only reason I used a conflat was to try something out and I can not remember what the proper vehicle is called.
