Missing bogeys

I have just tried to download Colhad's NZ Tranz Rail QR Class loco, also Tasrail Pacific Nationak DQ CLASS loco, all I got in railyard was the top half of the loco, no bogeys, has anyone had the same problem and if so could you explain how to fix it. I would be grateful for any help. Thank you.

What version of Trainz and what SP or build number are you running?

My Trainz version is 2.4. Build number is 2365.
