Missing Blue Comet

I have just installed patches and Blue Comet to TS2010, apparently successfully, but I cannot find any trace of the stock or any new route in the game. This is after restarting the PC.

Untick yellow star in Menu, untick Display only favourites in Surveyor options.

It's not a route it's a loco and consists.
