SantaFebuff
That's So Trainz Forum
Although it's not much, I wanted people to know I am working on this website. One that has not been an overnight creation, but a few weeks in terms of thinking of it, and actually finding a good way of presenting it and getting it on the screen.
"Whoa, another website from SantaFebuff?!?"
Yes. Another website. The Webs hosted site was getting a little old. I'm shutting that one down and this is it's replacement.
"What about the one on TrainWebs?!"
That one is purely my experimentation with HTML design. Seeing that I cannot update as efficiently as I can with an interfaced designer (simpler than DreamWeaver that is) I am going to walk away from that site until I can learn more successful tools. Railfanning Bourbonnais is staying up as a resource site for my real train affairs.
Currently Mid-West Trainz is going to be my little content creation group. I call it a group to keep room for any possible additional members. I'm not taking public requests simply because I'm not looking for staff, but actual creators. Contact me privately if interested. I will provide a rough idea of what I'm looking for. I'd rather not add members this early in the stage, but I am willing to stay open minded and so if you are interested, feel free to do so.
If it looks shallow, it is. It's a work in progress...
"Hey, if it's still a work in progress, then why are you showing us?"
Well, to be honest, this is going to need views. Not me wanting popularity, I'm just saying. For people benefit from it, your going to need to read it. Additionally, I have an article posted about the basics of railroad crossings. Coming soon, I will add how to replicate it in Trainz, as well as all the other predicted articles.
In terms of "goodies" there are none. I will link to my older content releases that is available on TrainWebs and TPR. However, I do expect to release a few more routes this year if all goes well. The forum, well, as general as it is, I mean all that it says. I will try my best to put maybe a bad day behind me or take time to explain things people are having troubles with. True, I can already do this with the Auran forums, but having my own makes it easy for me to not only be updated on new posts, but it can keep things on track with the site. Say you have a question about one of the articles, instead of posting it here, you can just post it in the forum that is a tab click away.
So, with shaky hands and a busy mind, I present...

I encourage you to post your thoughts, ideas.
Cheers,
Joshua
