Message for the Help Desk

You sent me an E-Mail, to which I needed to reply
and did so using the reply button on my browser
I then recived another e-Mail from you to say you didnot monitor
this e-mail address that you used to contact me and gave a address to use that bought me here

but please were here do i send you a message that is betwen just
you and me and not the rest of the readers

The helpdesk website ( support.auran.com/ ) uses the same username and password as the forums, since it works off the forum's database.

However, if you are unable to log into the helpdesk, then there is an email address on the helpdesk website that you can contact. This is a different email address to the (very) old 'helpdesk@auran.com' email address, which was 'disabled' (well, we stopped monitoring it) about 8 years ago due to spamming issues.

Its the pits

I have 2006/2008/TC 1&2/2009
i just got a new computer
reinstalled every thing
apart from 2009 it now tells me my others are registered to someone else
and that my e-mail and user name are not valid
but it gets me here

They send me e-mail to tell me all this
but when i reply they send another e-mail to say they dont monitor the one they use to send to me in the first place

seems a bit stupid to me

This has happened to me a couple of times. What I did was clicked the 'Forgot Password', and they sent an assigned password to my e-mail. When I used thier assigned password, it logged me in fine. (Keeping in mind that thier was nothing wrong with my original chosen password), but for some reason this did the trick...

I dont know why.
