MBTA Franklin Line (Readville to Forge Park/495)

Ahh looks amazing :) - I'm actually more excited to see Readville. Very hard station to model, I hope you include the Fairmont / NEC side of it... you can expand even via the Fairmont side... lol

edit: Also, were did you get the F40, and the lower level cars with the WIFI signal? I remember, there was a website, but I can't think what it was called.. protrainzroutes?

The F40s are payware from Jointed Rail. They're something like $10.00 for three different paint schemes. The units have the ARM so the number of units is virtually unlimted.

The coaches come from Trainz Commuter Rail, I think.

The route really does look cool. I'll be down that way on Wednesday due to an offsite business meeting. I can't wait to do a little comparing.

Living in Florida, I'm not even certain where this route is located but it looks very well done. Certainly a route I will want to have on my system. Nice work!

Readville Completed!!! Next Steps and Google Map Buddy Trouble!!!

Readville has been completed! The next steps are adding trackage and stations to Boston via the Southwest Corridor and the Dorchester Branch. Also, adding parts of the Needham Line and the Rapid Transit System (Orange, Red, and Green Lines) to the mix. While doing that adding baseboards to complete the Franklin Route from past Walpole to Franklin.

But I am having trouble with Google Map Buddy. It's saying that certain satellite images already existed in the output folder but I don't know where and when I overwrite the files, an error message shows up saying that the create photo might not be 100% complete and only a black box shows up instead of the satellite photo. Is there a way to fix this problem so I can finish the MBTA route or I need to use another program to generate ans stitch satellite images? Please Help:confused:

Pictures of the completed Readville Station will be posted soon!

Nice job, Terry.

Is there a possibility that you can clear the cache for the program? That may help with this problem. I'm not familiar with how it works, or it's operations. This is just a suggestion based on past experience with computer stuff.

Google Maps Problem

Here are some photos of what I been dealing with using Google Map Buddy!

Tried to find it and the output folder but no success.

Error message after the stitching process.

After the process, I am left with a black box! AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!

Sorry I can't help you with this, dude.

Have you checked the software creator's website for support?

Maybe they have an update.

The website indicated that: I'm afraid that, due to the people at Google kindly informing me of their ToS I have removed the Google Map Buddy from this website, and any other websites its hosted on.
I hope that people who downloaded it got some use out of it - and if they still have their copies they should continue to work.
I'm afraid I won't be able to respond to any queries about the software, or develop it any further. If anyone knows or an alternative tool as good as or better than Google Map Buddy for creating offline large maps then let me know and I'll place a link up here.

That's too bad.

See if you can clear the cache, or respond to the overwrite message the opposite of what you've been doing. Have you tried reinstalling the program? Hopefully you have the original download backed up.
