Maryland and Pennsylvania route/layout?

I'm already working on a "semi prototypical" one, using maps to place tracks and assets but hand forming terrain with 0 grade as if it were a physical model railroad... But I was wondering if there was one out there already.

Where does the railroad run from and to?

Ran from Baltimore Maryland to York Pennsylvania via Delta Pennsylvania... Took 77 miles to do what the PRR did in 52 (ish) and as such ultimately fell to the economy in 1958.

There was a version of the Ma&Pa in 04 or 06. I don't think it was prototypical.
