Marias Pass CFAC Question

Being a fan of shortline and switching operations, I find hours of entertainment in the CFAC sessions on the Marias Pass (In TRS2006 and TDE, MPRX in TS12). Those of you who have used them before may know that you can call up trains of raw materials and empty flatcars. I do have one question though: What do you do with the empty raw material cars and loaded flatcars? I usually quit the sessions because the yard is completely filled with the cars that I have no idea what to do with. Do I hook them up to the raw material/flatcar delivery locomotives and haul them away with them?

Any help will be appreciated.

Hook the empties and loads to a set of the delivery locos and send them "To Spokane."
