Malfunctioning Stations

I've replaced some older stations with newer ones and they work perfectly well until I save the session and then resume the session. The consist continues past the station without stopping. If I right click on the track to view the configueration I get nothing. I'm guessing that I did all the changes in the route-layer but I'm not sure. Before I start replacing all the stations again I will do it in session-layer. Will this correct the problem? And why does it only happen after I save a session? Thanks in advance for any input.

If you merge the session layer with the route layer it will fix it.

Be aware that if you have any consists on tracks they will be placed into the route layer. If you then need to make a new session you will have to re-arrange or delete the consists.

I was getting the same problem with PO&N when I made all the stations passenger enabled.
