Lost save data and content, having trouble retrieving it

Can anyone help me with this? I downloaded Trainz Mac from apple mac store on my mac last year and I've been beefing it up with content and working on a massive world
And then I downloaded the same game from simulator central and its moved the files from the mac store version somewhere and I can't find them?
Is there a way I can find this content and my save data, I think it must be hiding somewhere on my mac but I don't know where :/

Both are legitimate copies
First and main one is off the apple mac store
the one I downloaded I got free for donating to kickstarted and downloaded through simulator central with a discount code

For the Mac Store version, you will need to add your username and password into the Options box. As for the other one, is that a PC or Mac version?

They're both mac versions, I've tried restoring from a back-up my mac has made but it's not restoring properly
They both use the same auran account which is different to this one
