Lost Program

Due to a hard drive failure, I lost all data including my 2009 Trainz WBE. Does anyone know what I need to do to download another versin of it? I originally did a digital download and I see the download in the invoice (order history) but I can't seem to download it.

Trying to get content from the DL station with an FTP client, I thought I saw the whole prog on on Auran FTP server- may have only been service packs though... you will need all the info though which SHOULD be on your Planet Auran profile- look for FTP settings.

Failing that- and I am assuming it is Steam you are trying to DL from?- contact them or contact Auran- indeed try DLing the prog from the auran site

Hi

Go to Planet Auran and click on Order History and then click on the order number for 2009. This will open up a page with a download link on it amongst other things. I've just tried it and it got the download file box without any problems.

I think the issue for me was trying to download through Firefox rather than Internet Explorer. Smooth download.
