Lost all my trainz save data

So I decided to donate to the TANE and with that I got the free download of Trainz Simulator 12 for mac
I didn't know that this download was pretty much exactly the same as Trainz Simulator Mac which I already have
After being told to download it by the simulator central team, it seemed to of completely reset my whole trains library
I've now lost 6 months worth of content download and 4 months worth of work on this one route
On top of this, I am now getting now reply from the simulator central team at all
Is there any way of getting the save data back?

No, you haven't lost it....it's playing hide and seek. If you register your TS12 you'll have access to more of the forums where you can find help....

I've already registered it, i put in the planet auran code and signed in anyway
Where is it playing hide and seek? I kinda don't want to have to go through 6 months worth of content again
