There is another post in the forums by a person looking for the same KUID, which seems to me to be in conjunction with a Jointed Rail download. I'd suggest first seeing if the item is on the JR site, and if not, seeing if the creator of the item which uses this as a dependency can tell you what it is, and where he got it.
