Can I ask if anyone has made or is planning to make the MR/LMS/BR one-off, Big Bertha?

I contacted Decapod about it, but have had no reply. He made a MSTS Big Bertha.

Not meaning ot be a gimmie-pig, it's just something i've always wanted in Trainz. And I cannot locate diagrams to make her myself.
