Looking for Sierra Number 3.

Hi all
I am searching the web over for Sierra Number 3, a rogers 10wheeler. I see several mentions of one being made and a reference of it being at the "erecting hall" but alas, I have found no links to DL it.
Is anyone else aware of where one might be hosted at??
