looking for shunting locos

Hi,
Im getting a little frustrated with my searches. Im looking for some small steam shunting locos. The only ones I seem to be able to find are either diesel or 0-6-0. What I really want is some 0-4-0 locos. Ive tried searching using 0-4-0, by company, by class and manufacturers. So either my list is not long enough or there is a lack of small shunters. Can anyone suggest any please that they know are on the DLS? UK lines please.

Thanks
Antony

There's a lack of 0-4-0 steam locos for the UK (and the US, not that worries either of us). :(

There is one freeware one here: http://kirkronan.webs.com/trainzlocomotives.htm

44090 Digital Models has a payware Y7 as I'm sure you're aware.

Sodor Island 3D has a faceless version of their RWS (Railway Series) Percy.

On the DLS there's one British-outline 0-4-0 steam loco: The 'Matchbox 0-4-0 Loco' series by yours truly, although this is probably not what you want at all. :)

Thanks guys. The most useful at the moment is the one Stovepipe has mentioned. Although I wouldnt dismiss either Y7 or skipper1945's 14xx. I only need it to shunt a few wagons around in a dairy complex so its not as if it will be overstretched. Hence the reason for going for a 0-4-0.
In many ways this is reminiscent of the world of model trains. Most of the major manufacturers only build the small locos as children's introduction locos, while they concentrate on the bigger stuff for the more adult/serious model railway builder. Though I have noticed that many of those more 'serious' modelers are now saying why are they not available and with the same attention to detail? Maybe someone should set a new trend :)

There are very few 0-4-0s on the DLS, but there is at least this one

WTC Jane 0-4-0WT loco

by Paul Hobbs
I run this down a 18 to 20% incline with two loaded wagons, then back up empty, one up and one down at the same time. It is supposed to be a cable incline but cannot find a suitable system for it. I will be trying to make the engine invisible later on when I perfect the schedule.

If you want to run it as a cable incline, configure two of your wagons as locos or look on the DLS for 'invisible loco' I am sure that someone would have made one.
