well I don't know about the Teddy Bears... but look up FMA on the DLS (do a keyword or Name search, not username) They did a could baggage collections that are scripted to change each time you place it. so you can use the same object over & over again and it'll look different.

What a great picture! Do you perhaps have a wallpaper sized version? I would really this as my desktop image.

hi peter

hi petere

the black dls comes up empty with FMA

anyway, i need to be able to place the luggage on the trolleys,
depending on station size etc.

the FMA ones would make great train luggage though

i will keep looking for them

hi bunkerrattmk2

i cannot get onto either ocemy's site or trainz depot

firefox tells me they are not there

thanks

If you select username and type in vendel. Make sure you've ticked all the versions on the list too. You should then be able to see all the FMA stuff.

The Username "Sura" also does FMA stuff. Out of the two of them you should be able to find it. I just couldn't remember which of the two actually made the luggage.

And this is an example of why we can't even mention using HDR without being bashed/laughed at.

Those two images would be perfectly fine compositions with normal exposure, even with very mild HDR they'd still look great, but the level of HDR been used here just makes them look awful and cartoony.

So it was not my eyesight! Could probably have used those as the basis of textures for some luggage assets if it was not for the "Over shopping".

Hear, Hear!!! I bought a coffee table book on urban decay and sent it back as there was so much digital manipulation, the pics all looked like paintings. Not what I was wanting at all.

Make sure you have TRS2004 checked, as many of the items have that build number. Searching for both 'baggage' and 'luggage' on the black pages should give you a variety of options.

It's ok if that's the look you're going for, but it gets very tiring on the eyes quite fast.

I recently shot a HDR shot, not being 'HDR is cool and trendy' but because I wanted to be able to get a mix of detail on a dark statue AND a bright backlit sky, and HDR was the only way I could get what I desired. http://www.flickr.com/photos/nicola_archibald/6147880896/in/set-72157601721784362

(In case anyone cares to see what I'm talking about)

The problem is when you use it to get rid of almost all of the shadows like these luggage pics, it makes everything look fake, and as you say 'like a painting'. Some level of manipulation is always required - whether it's done by the camera if shooting JPEGs, or done by a computer when shooting RAW - it's just the nature of digital images, but subtlety can be an important value usually.

That said, when it comes to B&W shots, you can take my digital tools from my cold dead hands :D

But I dunno, maybe I'm being over critical (bf is in hospital atm, so not having a great day)
