Looking for CSX Junkie!

Guys, not sure if this is somebody's username, or part of a url, or something unknown to me at this time, but whoever this guy is, I need to find him. I'm looking for CSX Junkie. If anybody knows just who or what he is, lemme know! I've tried searching all over the DLS, even under Trainz games that are above what I currently have (TRS2006). I need to find 'im something desperate. I tried a Username search under all Trainz versions, and found nothing. If it's a website I'm looking for, please point me in the right direction.
