Looking for basic tutorials for session AI

Hi all.

I am looking for basic tutorials on how to set up session AI which include signaling, points, etc.

I have downloaded some wonderful tutorials by Chuck Brite, but I still cannot get my head around some of them, old age could have something to do with that.

Basically what I am looking for is this,

I have a line set up with 3 stations, one at each end, one in the middle.

I want to have 2 AI trains start from each end, meet at the middle station and continue on the other end, then return, all automatically.

I have set up points, signals and driver session lists, but how do I get them to automatically start by themselves when I activate the route in driver?

The answer may be in the tutorials I am currently reading, but I just cannot see it.

Thanks JRT, there is a lot to got through, it may take me some time.
Just re-reading my original post, I had left out that I am using tr06, and most of the web site you posted is for tr04, but I will still read it.
