Hello:
I would kit bash one using YARNish highways and signs,
YARN Bridge02 supports (builtin) or some other type.

Bendorsey has several rail lift bridges and Bridge Supports.
Tappan Zee Support by jjslll54 look good.

Experiment on a blank board.
