London,Berlin and New York Subway Screenshots.

The Yellow colored metro train depicted above is actually from the Berlin U-bahn Line and is known as the Gisela. You can find it here: http://trsberlin.de
Join the site (it's free) and click on database. It should be there under a quick search of Gisela. Other U-bahn content not released by MCQ is also there, such as Rudow and some U-9 Stops.
Another Train you may have noticed is the one different from the c-stock, the d-stock. Search "LT D" or "D78" on DLS and it should come up.

You'll have to be more specific. The US Interstate style streetlights are on the DLS and they're by MrScott2006. He has a whole set of American streetlights. The ones in the plaza in the last screen are actually Italian payware.

Yes they don't, but if you spend a few minutes I find that you'll be able to get them to work. The annoying part with TS2010 is that some errors simply don't seem fixable and those are the vital errors (also it takes forever to fix the fixable ones).

With the passagers cars there no sitting that you can see.

With the c-stock? Just copy the queue in the config file of the engine car and you can passenger enable the second car. There's no passenger enablization for the 1996 stock though...
