Locked out of TRS2019

I have been locked out and I think it is permanent by somebody I think is the enemy.
My kuid is 242091 and I cannot get into the game totally and cannot get near any of the
cars or engines neither US or Overseas.
I'll be glad to answer any questions since I have already gone through 4 to 5 grouching situations.

You can't get help for this issue through the forum. Use the Support link at the top of the page to open a ticket with the Helpdesk. Creating multiple threads about this issue will only draw the ire of the moderators. They can't help as they are volunteers and have no control over accounts.
