Perhaps if you identified exactly which (or what) loading station someone might be able to offer a suggestion. Ideally, post its <kuid> to improve the chances of identifying it.
Also what exactly did you expect to happen? What actually happened? What consist did you send to it? What command did you use (if the consist was under AI control)?
The more information you provide the better the chances of getting a solution - the statement "loading station doesn't work" is of no help what so ever.
