Loading issue

Im no expert, but i'm Not sure they load barley this way?
I use the western elevator, from TPR.
When i load barley, corn or wheat, the loading operation is simillar to the oil refinery loading procedure.

Is this industry build up on a Multiple industry basis?
just wondering...
