Load and unload

When I "program" a consist to load and unload at a station, after the unload the doors close and then open again for the load command. What could be the issue?

The sequence of actions for these commands is always
- open doors
- load/unload
- close doors
If you give two commands, the sequence is executed twice.

For passenger stations you only need the load command. It automatically includes the unloading of passengers. The amount of passengers leaving the train depends on the type (small, medium ...) of the station.
