Lo-Poly Detailed Track

I reskinned MP Track and swapped in another tracks texture ... and enhanced some features such as detailing the ties, and spikes:
I primarily use RTS Tracks (#26") (their server is down indefinately) (which I believe that it is permitted to fileshare, much like Landriver assets are permitted) these are fantastic looking, but they sometimes kink in turnouts.
I too like the MP tracks by JosefPav chunky mesh tracks, as they curve without kinks (which I used in my yards and switches).

Out of all the tracks on USLW (which has some fantastic higher poly tracks that sometimes kink in turnouts) and other 3rd party sites ... I found that Greenery also has great looking tracks (fantastic looking higher poly tracks that sometimes kink in turnouts).
There are many, many on the DLS
Koleje Roz and Kolje Drevo are kind of good looking for older RR lines.
I tried all of them: NorfolkSouthern track ... Pencils ... and hundereds more.
I have tried at least 500 types of tracks out ... "my bwain' iz' a swirl in twacks' ".

Use it - it's brilliant! there are about a zillion variations, and while the hi-res hi-detail stuff is a performance killer (no criticism intended, used wisely it is awesome) but the lo-res lo-poly stuff looks fantastic but is almost zero performance hit. All my EVWR screenshots use it, it's great stuff....

Oftentimes you have to flip the frog so that it has the long rails behind the switch frog & the long guide rails are also behind the switch frog ... best positioned by looking straight down, zoomed in all the way.
These Frogs make MP Track Wood v2 & MP Rusty look 200% better.
Transition_Track <KUID:84609:38014> by Kemplen also is a handy track to lay a 1m segment connecting MP Track Wood v2 & MP Rusty
