You have to buy TS2010 or TS:MAC to get TUME's MILW Little Joe. I assume that's what you are talking about/

There are some units on the DLS that you can reskin made by PWeiser and others.

You have to buy TS2010 to get the routes that are built in to TS2010, all the other assets were uploaded to the DLS for TS12 users.

It's on the download station, gives a warning in TS12 that it's an obsolete build number, but it does work in TS12. Just open TS12 content manager, search for category = locomotives, author = tume, right click and download.
