CAN anyone provide a link to a little joe PLEASE

You won't see it listed as a "little joe" since it's labeled by the official name,

For TS2010 users who want to get it working in TS12, you'll need to update to 2.9, save to CDP, and import into TS12 since the one on the download station is faulty.

If you don't have TS2010 and only have TS12 you'll either have to wait for a fix or ignore the offset wheels and gap behind the back coupler.
