Little girl's promenade

Hi Darkdan.

What spectacular shots!

They are all quite brilliant :mop:. The first shot in your post #78 is a lesson in perspective and asset placement (I always learn something new when I look at your work).

The way the rock blends into the wall spline above and to the right of the loco is particularly stunning. That part alone looks like a lot of very careful texture placement, scaling and rotation.

The buildings are very carefully chosen and placed to blend into the landscape, with staggered overlaps. The road disappears beautifully up the hill and into the distance ...

... I could go on..

.. but I just have to go back and have another look.

Totally impressive!

Cheers

Hi Daniël,

Very nice series of shots again.
I'm always amazed, apart from everything else, how excellent you make the textures work with the landscape.
Very impressive.

Greetings from nighttime Amsterdam,

Though being another Belgian Trainzer, i'll write this (should i say "I'll try") in English, 'cause i want everyone to understand what i think.

Daniel, your layout or route is trully a master piece. The attention to the highly detailled scenery is amazing.

I've been visiting some meetings gathering a lot of "real" model trains layout. So, this time, when i look to your work, i really wonder ***where*** is the difference between "real" and "virtual" model railroad.

It is so stunning to see how you manage all those assets and turns up the whole thing into something much more real than i've ever seen in TRS.

It just take my breath away.

Big, very big congratulations !

André.

Great work!

Hi darkdan.

Your post #90 - pure magic.

What a great trail you've made from the foreground to the railway line - just using textures and superb grass placement.

Beautiful!
