lightening and smoke in trs 09

I have never seen this before, don't know what I did but was aligning track at entrance to tunnel and then when I clicked the mouse,lightening, smoke big hole in the ground. Now whenever I click the mouse there is lightening and smoke where it hits the ground.
Does anyone know about this and how do I get back to normal in surveyor

That used to be (in TRS2004) called "Alt-SMITE". You get out of it by pressing the Escape key.

Depending on what version of Trainz you are running you probgably hit the special combination of Control/Alt/Shift keys to activate it. It's an Easter Egg.

IN 2009 it is alt+ctrl+A.

You may have a "stuck" key on your keyboard.

got it fixed, must have hit too many keys a the same time and got the easter egg.
