Light Problem

I just downloaded 3 Locos from JointedRail and idk how to turn on Gyrating-Emergency-Strobe Lights.

I think the emergency lights go on at night.
But I have the same problem.

emergency lights only come on when in emergency... thats why they are emergency lights.

other gyrating lights come on when you press keypad 1.

You know the number pad on the right of your keyboard (Not the ones above the spacebar)? Press one for Gyrating lights on the number keypad.

Click on the loco in Surveyor after selecting the '?' button on the Rolling Stock tab
