Layouts on CD ?

The idea to distribute some layouts on CD's was floating around before the big forum crash. Is it still afloat?

We have done 2 discs, which we are eagerly getting tested this weekend and hope to have online available for sale before Christmas.

Disc 1 will probably have the following layouts.

Box Butte & Meg's Despair
Regional Passenger Transit 2005
Chalkdale
NEC
MARS
Kaanapali, Lahaina & Pacific

Disc 2 will probably have

Urban Industrial
Liverpool AMRA
To be decided

Depending on the success of these discs we may look to release more discs next year.

We are considering something like following on any future discs.

Amsterdam Tram
Canada Impressions
Kauai
Puffing Billy
Simple Energy

Probably still another 20-30 really top class layouts I would love to fit in but just can't.
Most of the available DLS dependencies are being distributed with the discs.
Non DLS assets are being deleted from the layout.
The auto installer will only work with TRS2006.
The cost of these will only be to cover P & H similar to the SP1 disc.

Why not go to DVD, these days I think they are cheaper than CDS, but there again not every one has them.
