There was a good route with the Falkirk Wheel in it - I had it in TS2010 but that's long gone from the PC. I believe there's a version from 2016: <kuid2:523:1011:1> Glasgow to Falkirk.

There is a very small but designed route called 'Britain South' on Train Pro routes for T:ANE SP1 using some narrow tracks. It's going to use 55.7 MB, but it's worth the time.

I put a small TANE route on the DLS called Dearnby (as well as a GWR variant) which has a small canal element although I never tested the locks. I'm currently working on a much expanded version called Dearnby to Speith with more canals and locks but it won't be ready for a while....
