117026 is SP5, so there are no further patches for TRS19. Perhaps it is your graphics settings in relation to your CPU/GPU. You might want to post down in the Parts and Labor forum, but maybe post here the specs of your PC and what model graphics card you are running, as well as your settings in Trainz Settings. The other possibility is you have downloaded a route that has some very GPU-intensive objects that tend to slow the system down. Does it only lag in certain areas, or does it lag all over the map? Another option is to download the route called "Middleton for laptops" and see how well that route runs.
