ladd ons keep disappearing

my locomotives r disappearing from my game but r still on my content. Every time I refresh my computer and go to the game I be missing add on espeically my locomotive I paid for. mostly my EMD locos from Jointed Rail

Make sure you haven't got 'Favourites' on. There's two places to check this.

The first is on the Routes menu in-game. Make sure the star at the top of the list is not gold. If it is, click on it and it should turn grey and a bunch more routes should show up.

The second place is again in-game, it is Main Menu --> Options and on one of the tabs there, there should be a checkbox for 'Only show favourite content'. Untick this and then re-start the game. Then your content should appear.

If that fails, look at the asset in CM. If it has a yellow puzzle piece with a ? mark, it's missing dependencies. Right click it, and click "View Dependencies" They will usually be on the DLS, or if not, check here
