It should be obvious to you by now that it does not exist in Trainz, nobody so far has expressed any interest in making it for free and you show no willingness to try to learn how to make things yourself. I am going to be blunt - GROW UP!
Well, Paul Mace replied, and told me that it would cost $80 to make and will give you 3 locos, different numbers and livery, with passenger enabling and interior views
